Preacher - 3 sets of 10/Use lighter weight if too heavy

Triceps – Most important for arm size!!

Close grip bench
1 set of 10 to 15 light weight/warm up.
3 sets of 10 close grip bench
3 sets of 10 skull crushers
3 set of 10 tricep pull-downs

Tuesday*************

Shoulders & Back

Military press warm up
10 to 15 light weight

Military press 3 sets of 10
3 sets of 10 dumbbell fly
3 sets of 10 laterals
3 sets of 10 front laterals
3 sets of 10 upright rows

Warm up – As many pull-ups as you
can 1 set

Lat machine – 3 sets of 10
Find any other 2 machines and
do 3 more sets of 10
