Nowadays mobile phones are becoming a necessity for all users who need to communicate freely from everywhere to anywhere in the globe. Mobile phones are used as a tool to communicate with each other. However, nowadays mobile phones produced by phone companies came with various design and various functions for which the primary purpose of the issue of such mobile phone is to give satisfaction to the consumers in addition to functioning as a symbol of luxury consumer's life.
The first steps in consumer buying decision process are when there is a need to purchase a hand phone. The leading literature on human needs is illustrated by Abraham Maslow in his hierarchy of needs.
                 
2.3.1 MASLOW’S HIERARCHY OF NEED
Physiological Needs
Physiological needs are the physical requirements for human survival. If these requirements are not met, the human body cannot function properly, and will ultimately fail. Physiological needs are thought to be the most important; they should be met first.

Air, water, and food are metabolic requirements for survival in all animals, including humans. Clothing and shelter provide necessary protection from the elements. While maintaining an adequate birth rate shapes the intensity of the human sexual instinct, sexual competition may also shape said instinct.
