Strategies for taking notes and then learning it is not a gift but an skill. In school , college, work and any place were learning something is needed. Taking notes will give you a better chance of retaining , remembering and recalling the important information. These skills basically deal with the process of taking in new information, organizing the information and assessing it for future endeavors. These skills will include effective listening, concentrating and   reading while   retaining the   information well as efficient note taking. The main reason for note taking is to keep records of what's been learned and to help you out when you need   a refreshment. The notes should be clear to the reading. Some of the reasons people take notes are to be able to hear while learning learning. Additionally, writing of important learned points helps you remembering material learned. Notes will also act as a highlighter  
in the text spotting the important information you need.        
Notes may also be used for later reviews with a meaning of refreshing important contents.   Additionally, the writing of important learned points helps one in remembering material that has been   learned. Notes also act as spotter of the importance of the material leaving behind whats not or the “Garbage”. The most important skill of note taking is learning what to take note in the learning process. While there is a lot to be taught , writing it all down may be a waste of time and irrelevant at the end.   Before you take notes have several pencils, pens, papers or a full battery on your laptop. You don’t want to run out of supplies. Firstly, the one of the important things is to hear for the cues offered by the tutor or teacher as pointers to key information.
