Purpose of business plan is made to provide all information about our business. Therefore, my lecture can evaluate the potential of products through the process of products, service, our company such as company description, management, operations and so on. As a result, we can know how our company can develop and the future of products. Sandwee Company is launched to provide fast food –Sandwich, for clients. We bring many kinds of Sandwich –means that Sandwich comes from many countries over the world. The customers will know history when they eat each of kinds of Sandwee in our store. Trying variety of taste, it is very interesting and it does not make them to be satiated with Sandwee. It is also very convenient for customer because Sandwich can be easy to take away but still keep its taste. The last reason is that, normally, only for 25-30k per unit, the price do not so high for a meal. It will be competitive price for the customers to buy. The other reasons why we trade in this is that almost of people today spend time on working if they are officers or workers and studying if they are students. They do not have much time to prepare a meal for them, and parents do not have time to cook fully three meals for their children is the same. They always take their children on fast food restaurant like KFC, Loteria, BBQ, so why they do not try and support our store if we provide a new, safe, comfortable space, professional systems and variety kinds of Sandwee. The structure of the company in term of management, number of employees and operation play an important role to produce and support the product or service. We have a big boss and three main chief officers who are responsible for finance, marketing and management. In management, we divide two managers who are restaurant manager, kitchen manager. Restaurant manager maintains overall management responsibilities for the restaurant and Coordinates activities for workers engage in keeping business...
