Robin’s Aquarium Project that was to be delivered and set up in the wall between the stress management clinic and the Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyper disorder (ADD/ADHD) clinic.   1) Delivery date for the plexi- glass panes for the aquarium (Glass cages.com, 2011).   2) Cutting the plexi-glass panes to the correct size without cracking them.   3) Smoothing the edges of the plexi-glass panes without cracking or chipping the plexi-glass panes. 4) Sealing the plexi-glass pane sides together so there are no leaks when assembling the aquarium (Hauter, Stan & Debbie, 2011). 5) Cutting and building the cabinet to the correct measurements and strong enough to hold 700 gallons of water, the 3 feet high by 2 feet wide by 10 feet long fish tank, and everything that will be put into the fish tank (Aquatic Interiors, 2011).   6) Delivering the fish tank and cabinet without causing any damage to them.   7) Putting the fish tank and cabinet into the wall without damaging the wall.   8) Adding fish to the tank without having them die.   9) The risk that the customer would not like the large aquarium after it was delivered and set up.  
When it comes to the cutting and smoothing of edges of the plexi-glass panes of glass being cut to the proper measurements and then smoothed we started cutting the largest panes first so that if we cut one of them too small then we would be able to use it and cut it for the smaller pieces of plexi-glass that was needed for the sides of the aquarium.   This action of buying extra materials may have cost us extra money in the beginning but saved us time on our schedule and money in the end when we were able to return the unused materials (risks 2 and 3).   We made sure to purchase an extra two pieces of extra-large plexi-glass just in case something happened to one of the other extra-large pieces so that it would not delay our deadline and sent back any unused pieces of plexi-glass for a refund to keep our costs down.   When cutting the...
