Talent discovery has always been an important task in various fields, especially those related to sports and arts, which require much of long-term practice. The world has heard of so many prodigies and their brilliant achievements at such young ages. The training of new talents is still continuing in various centers and institutions around the world. However, besides approving ideas are still questions wondering whether these so called “talents” that are found in children should be prioritized and therefore utilized through intense training. As balanced is a fundamental characteristic for human development, children should not be put into such type of “talent training”.

School is the second home for children. It is supposed to be an institution that educates personalities, that’s why its goal should be: free evolution for children; high quality information; accessibility and clearness of offered information; development of the abilities and talents; etc.
