Cell phone use is very common while driving, it is considered very dangerous. There are many that do not know the dangers of driving and the use of cell phones. (2011). Using a cell phone can easily distract the driver. (Kirby, P. (2009)). About 62% of teenage drivers do use their cell phones while driving. (NCAC) (2007-2013)). Cell phones use while driving is a very big contributor to many accidents. (Kozlowski, K. (2014))

Today's teenagers have their own beliefs of what is safe or unsafe due to examples of parents.
