Employers understand the rationale for assessing employee’s performance, they frequently view appraisals as tasks that they would like to avoid. Without us receive the evaluation when would never know the thing that we are doing bad or good. We would never be able to fix the problem to help make the company better.

When employees are performing poorly, performance appraisals can provide the wakeup call that they need to get refocused and reenergized. It can also affect the way that employees focus on work.
