Subject: Firm of choice
I am writing you to inform you that my firm of choice is Revoltagen LLC. At which I am currently employed. The establishment is a sub-contractor for major energy providers such as ConEdison and PSEG (formerly known as LIPAA). Their main purpose is to provide energy efficiency solutions for both commercial and residential clients in the NY-Tristate area. Operational for over 5 years, Revoltagen is a sole proprietor and has started to attract clients from the west coast.
Communication in the business is expressed in three manners (internal, external and personal). The business currently had 10 employees and over 1,000 clients. The employees communicate with each other effectively as well as with the president, as this is the only way to ensure that the business continues to run effectively.
Internal communication is seen among the employees who coordinate projects amongst one another. The sales team will inform the project managers and the project managers will work on ordering the appropriate supplies. If funds are needed to complete a project then the financial department will work on underwriting and financing projects. These projects would be impossible to complete if internal communication did not exist.
External communication is seen through social networking sites and a developed website as well as a sales team who finds clients face-to-face and by cold calling. Client acquisition is a major part of external communication and it is extremely important for the business to depend on these means of external communication as well as their ability to network and find clients.
Personal communication exists in the organization as all the employees get along with each other, are polite and often go to lunch and dinner together. Developing personal relationships with fellow employees is extremely important when striving for a comfortable work environment
