I will be building a website that will help them better manage their inventory over the internet and keep track of each transaction that occurs. This will help Aka’s electronics keep track of products that are high in demand and the product that are not being sold at all and just holding up space on the shelf. This new website will increase customer satisfaction as they will not have to be disappointed at the time of purchase that the product is not available and they will not have to run off to other competitors. This current situation when customer comes in the store and the product is not available and customer has to take a rain check or go to other stores will be highly reduced by opening this new website. This website will let customers know if the product is available in the store and how many quantity of that product is left in the store.
The Electronics business is broad and vast. The market is huge because there are 2 to 3 companies with a dominant market share in this industry. Companies like Fry’s Electronics and Best Buy have capture the majority of the market but as the technology is changing day by day and the demand for new electronics devices is increasing tremendously.
