Preparation stages and team member’s selection.
Our group consists of five members, selected according to what extent each one of us is active in seminars and responsive with tutors. We were planning to start working on our group work early as possible to have an enough time for research and introducing a good material .in that respect, in the tenth of march we start to take decisions regard how we will communicate with each other and when, I decided after consulting each member of my team and getting confirmation of all of them that our communication methods will take form of weekly meeting every Monday at university campus (Mondays was the best option because it is the beginning of the week and we have only one lecture at the early morning so ,we will feel fresh and have the rest of the day to allocate couple of hours at university for meeting , the place which we are familiar with and provide us with studying atmosphere and facilities),besides one of the member’s suggestion which received well by me and the rest of the group to create a facebook group page for our team to share and upload useful websites and sources linked to our topic and communicate with as whole group . After determination of communication channels, we were able to determine our deadline to done of report at the end of March at most. Our process supposed to take three main stages 1- indentifying the risks within the company as we estimated that the total risks points required is 30 divided between us .2- pick up the top ten most risky on organization 3- illustrations of each one of them (as every one of the group responsible for two points at least)

I was enthusiastic to that experience, because somehow it was like an exercise to me before I get involved at any type of job...
