The best ideas suggest from brainstorm session from human resources improvement were creating a reward training system and creating a better recruitment and selection process. Suggest improvements on rewarding training and development system for employees included offering incentive of money to motivate employees to participate in training. Giving employee money to work on development skills is a good idea. Employees are getting training and collect money at the same time. This would allow employees to improve on different skills to help them become more efficient at work. I think this idea would help business improve on production and communication skills that could be a big access for a company. Next creating a better recruitment and selection process finding the right employees for your business. The first suggest was better advertising such as flyers, brochures and using the Internet career website to help find new employees. Offering more promotions from within would cut down on training expensing because these employees are already working for the company. This will motivate other employees to do better if they see the company promote within. The last idea was to interview potential employees the same day when they fill the application. This is an excellent idea this will give an employer opportunity to look at the appearance of the potential employee before selecting to hire he or she once all information is provided. These suggestions will have an impact on human resources because companies will have better strategies in hiring and training.
