                                      Gay Rights

It is a prejudice idea …..think that everyone is equal; however, people all over the world are victims of inequality because of their skin color, their social class or even because of who they love. In a few countries such as the Netherlands, Denmark, Canada, Spain, South Africa, homosexual people have the same rights as straight people. However lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender in most countries have less rights than the straights or do not have any rights. These people are victims of the society because they love someone who has the same sex. They spend their life hiding from the society and they abandon their social life to avoid being arrested, tortured or killed. Homosexuals should have as much rights as heterosexuals in every country. Gay people should have the right to get married, to adopt children and they should be treated with respect by the society.

        Every couple that is deeply in love wants to get married and then have kids. Unfortunately, gay couples cannot have kids on their own so they decide to adopt; however, homosexuals are only allowed to adopt in a few countries. Also, it is much harder for a gay person to adopt. Straight couples are prioritized by adoption agencies whereas gays are on the bottom of the waiting list. The couple or even the person who wants to adopt should be judged based on how caring and how ready this person is to have a child instead of being judged by physical appearances or gender. If a couple wants a child and think they can raise one then they should be granted a chance to have a child. There are many children who live with a father and a mother and are not treated well.
