Improvement of staff work culture is a crucial factor in service giving organization like banks. Because Service providing is a crucial competitive tools in service giving organizations, In order to be successful in the business the service must be improved, since the service is provided by the employees staff work culture must be developed.
Following the emergency of new privately owned banks and improvement of existing banks banking industry becoming very competitive, all banks are providing nearly the same service type. The major competitive factor remain is excellent service providing. Keeping the fact that there is visible gap comparing expected service versus the existing one it is possible to narrow the gap by solving possible root causes.

Staff work culture is a major problem is developing countries; it is the major problem in many organizations in Ethiopia. It is improvement necessity is very important in service giving organization like bank. Due to the fact that the service is provided in team, Lack of its development will lead to total inefficiency in the organization and resulted in customer dissatisfaction. Keeping the fact that all banks are providing nearly the same services type and their total differences areas narrowing from time to time, because most of the competitive tools such as technologies, ATM machines and the like are requires only spending money to deal with what is left for the competitions is providing excellent services for the customers. It is impossible to provide excellent service without improving staff work culture.
