Developing Effective Time Management is a process that is undeniably achievable, yet the procedure must be channeled with a high level of fortitude and practice.  
 
http.//www.wisegeek.com/ what-is-time-management.htm                                                                             Effective time management is the art of arranging, organizing, scheduling and budgeting one’s time for the purpose of generating more effective work and productivity.(www.wisegeek.com)   In order to achieve the best possible performance, time must be managed effectively.   There must be a careful, thought-out, and well-written plan such as, over-coming procrastination, managing priorities, meeting deadlines, setting achievable goals and scheduling activities.   Procrastination is the act of delaying an action to a later time and slowness as a consequence of not getting around to a task. (Miss Cherise St. Vincent).   This tendency is meant to cause major setback in your school, career path and personal life. Additionally, it has side effects such as, missed opportunities, frantic work hours, stress, over-whelm, resentment and guilt.  
            Being too stressed, anxious, or worried affects your work productivity and in some   circumstances procrastination acts as a device to keep your stress level under- control.   However, it is wise to reduce the amount of stress in your life when possible in spending more time working because you want to and not because you have to.   Also,   include time for relaxation, exercise and fun.
