Employees that have positive performance review and are good employees with conflict, like David and James; the collaboration strategy should be used. Identifying the issue is necessary and can be done face-to-face in a meeting to be able to have an open discussion between each other. All misunderstandings will be addressed in this environment by having them interact together. Collaboration is a way to satisfy all parties and their concerns. By collaborating, this is a win all around type of situation. Allow both the individuals to reach and achieve their goal of working it out. Their differences can be clarified and put out all on the table; this strategy may not be easy due to the situation.
