Changes

Throughout my life iv encountered and associated with people that I was admired by. However, one person in particular that inspired me to be the best I can be would be my mother Linda Acosta.   Growing up my mother always taught me to be respectful, loyal, and truthful to my family and peers.   Without my mother I don’t know who I will be today. My mother raised me to always have goals set for myself.   She always told me “try your hardest everyday to achieve your dream an attending Harvard.”
Ever since I was 13 years old, my dream was to always attend Harvard to study law. My mother knew I wanted to study law, because of how argumentative I was. She always told me I have to work hard in order to achieve my dreams. If I don’t work hard, then my chances of my dreams will not come true. Till this day I’m still working hard to achieve my goals. I will take my moms words into consideration and engrave them into my heart.
When I look at my mother, I appreciate her so much of all the things she has done for me. Considering she is a single parent. As a single mother she always tells her kids to be very respectful to people. Her saying is “If you want respect you have to give it.”   Till this day I respect everyone that I talk to and meet. No one can change me how I was raised. I was raised to be successful and always be successful no matter what comes forward.
Finally, coming from my heart, I would give the world to my mom. Anything she needs I will it for her. She deserves the world with all the things she has done. She did not only inspire me, but she inspired many other people to be successful as well. That’s why I will always appreciate everyday that my mother walks on this earth with confidence.
