Establish Credibility: I have been eating Caesar Salad since I was a kid and it was the only salad my mother could get me to eat. So there for I am the best person to teach you how to prepare this dish.
Thesis: Today I will be demonstrating to you the proper steps on how to create your own Caesar dressing, Croutons, and how to properly slice Romaine lettuce.

I. Gather Ingredients
A. The first thing you want to do is make sure all your Ingredients are set up and ready to go. This way you are not hunting around for anything in the middle of your production.
B. The tools you will need include a Knife, wire whip, spatula, salad tongs, at least 2 bowls, cutting board, and serving plates/bowls.
II. Make Dressing
A. First thing we need to do is make the dressing, we will start by adding garlic, mustard, vinegar and pinch of salt and mixing it together. Next we will whip in the mayonnaise thoroughly to create a thick bass, and then we will slowly whip in the olive oil taste and re-season as needed.
B. A note about Caesar Salad, the actual way how it came about is up for controversy. In 1896 Caesar Cardini said to have invented it at his Tijuana restaurant due to lack of supplies on hand. His Brother Alex has said he invented it one morning as a breakfast for airmen who were to drunk to return to san diego so spent the night at the restraint. And Caesars partner who said he invented it at an airport to feed airmen who were stranded. Only thing they all agree on is that it was originally named the “Aviators Salad”.
