Chen and Chang (2012) investigated the correlation ship between Greenwash, Green trust and the mediation effects of green confusion and Green trust.

Sharma (2013) reviewed the effect of economic development to the resources and environment then suggest the solution for sustainable development.

3. Identify and discuss the research method:

Chen and Chang (2012) used “email surveys” method to collect the data. By using questionnaires, they sent them randomly to consumers by email and wait for the responses for couple weeks. Although the original questionnaires is in English, they were translated into Chinese by two language professional and then they were continuously translated back to English by the other two scholars in management field. This thing reduced the cultural bias and other meaning issues of the questionnaire. After the questionnaire has been translated and ensured the validity, they were tested in two stages. Firstly, there were six experts and scholars review and modify the questionnaires. Secondly, the questionnaires were mailed to ten random respondents to check if there were any ambiguity or meaning error. By the preparing and checking steps for the questionnaires, it proved that they has high level of content validity and reliable. However, there are only 252 valid questionnaires (36% of total), it means that the questionnaires are likely complex or might not be interested for the respondents.
