|everyone around him including his wife. Prior to the officer making an arrest, there has to be a strong sign of probable cause. If |
|the officer neglects to find probable cause before arresting the individual, would make it an illegal arrest and it is a reason for|
|the judge to dismiss the case. Do they have enough to arrest him on those two charges because the fact they never saw him driving   |
